Returns – Eligibility & Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we’re here to help.

Items must be unused, unsterilized, and in their original packaging
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Returns due to incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following products cannot be returned:

Used or sterilized surgical instruments
Custom-made or engraved instruments
Items damaged due to improper handling or use
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and wish to exchange it, please contact our support team. We’ll arrange a replacement or suggest an alternative solution.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
